Inconel 725 is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum-niobium alloy with excellent corrosion resistance. After aging heat treatment, it can greatly increase the strength of the alloy and greatly improve the ductility and tensile properties of the alloy. The alloy also has strong resistance to stress corrosion. It is mainly used in pipe fittings, joints and bearings in acid-resistant equipment. It is also widely used in marine equipment.
The main products are divided into three categories:
1. Chemical equipment manufacturing materials, as an important corrosion-resistant structural material, enjoy a high reputation in the chemical tower and chemical packing materials industry with the advantages of material guarantee and complete variety;
2. Precision alloys, metal electronic materials (composite thermosensitive bimetals and cross-split bimetallic component alloys for color picture tubes)
3. Welding and surfacing materials, as corrosion-resistant and extremely corrosion-resistant materials, with flux, surfacing on the inner walls of tanks, containers, and towers to improve corrosion resistance.
