Nimonic Alloy 75 is a nickel-chromium alloy with good mechanical properties and oxidation resistance at high temperatures. It has simple chemical composition, satisfactory thermal strength and high plasticity below 800 ℃, and good anti-oxidation, thermal fatigue, cold stamping and welding process performance. The alloy is single-phase austenite after solution treatment, and the structure is stable during use.
Nimonic 75A is mainly used for turbine engine combustion chamber components operating below 800℃ and other high temperature components that require oxidation resistance below 1100℃ but bear little load.Nimonic75 is widely used for sheet metal fabrication in gas turbine engines, industrial furnace components, heat treatment equipment and fittings, and nuclear applications.
Nimonic 75A High Temperature High Resistance Alloy is a nickel chromium iron alloy with a controlled carbon content and a small amount of titanium.
Nimonic 75A has the following features:
Good resistance to oxidizing atmospheres up to 1100°C (2000°F);
High resistance to scale formation at temperatures up to 1000 °C (2000 °F);
Good mechanical properties at temperatures up to 1000°C (1830°F);
