ERNi-1 Pure nickel welding wire ERNi-1 is mainly used for tungsten gas shielded welding, MIG welding and submerged arc welding of Nickel 200 and 201 alloys, and can also be used for surfacing welding of steel. When it is used for submerged arc welding, use INCOFLUX 6 submerged arc flux. Titanium and carbon in the weld metal react to reduce the free carbon to a relatively low level, so this electrode can be used for Nickel 201 alloy welding. The weld metal has excellent corrosion resistance, especially the ability to resist alkali metal corrosion.

ERNi-1 welding wire can be used in a variety of welding situations, including Nickel 200, 201 alloy and stainless steel, carbon steel, INCONEL alloy, INCOLOY alloy, copper-nickel alloy and MONEL alloy welding. It can also be used for welding between MONEL alloy and copper-nickel alloy and carbon steel, and for welding between copper-nickel alloy and INCONEL alloy or INCOLOY alloy.
