Each sheet is tested for alloy material identification. Depending on quantity, mechanical property tests are performed on each sheet or as per our sampling plan.
Each package is labeled and packed in a suitable pallet or wooden box depending on the chosen mode of transport.

Tolerance Specifications and Customization
Our heat-resistant alloy sheets are available with precise thickness and width tolerances, allowing us to meet the needs of various industries. The thickness tolerance for cold-rolled sheets ranges from 0 - 0.02 mm for sheets greater than 0.1 mm to 0 - 0.16 mm for sheets greater than 2.30 mm. For hot-rolled sheets, we offer tolerances ranging from ± 0.25 mm for sheets between 3.0 - 5 mm to ± 0.50 mm for sheets larger than 10.0 mm.
In addition to our standard tolerances, we offer the ability to achieve higher tolerances based on specific customer requirements. Whether you require ultra-precise measurements for aerospace, automotive, or power generation industries, we can tailor our products to meet your exact specifications.
Mechanical Property Testing
