Each roll of material contains a continuous length of strip
Each coil is tested for alloy material identification. Mechanical property testing is performed on each coil or as per our sampling plan, depending on the number of coils.
All coils are labeled and packed in appropriate pallets or crates depending on the chosen mode of transport.

Our standard tolerances are carefully outlined to ensure consistent product quality, with the option to meet even higher precision specifications upon request. For cold-rolled foil, the thickness tolerance ranges from 0 to 0.003 mm for thicknesses between 0.01 and 0.04 mm, and 0 to 0.01 mm for thicknesses between 0.04 and 0.09 mm. We offer a variety of widths, ranging from 10 mm to 200 mm, to accommodate the specific needs of our clients.
Each roll of material is carefully packaged, ensuring a continuous length of strip for ease of use in various applications. Additionally, we perform alloy material identification tests on every coil to verify the composition and ensure consistency. Mechanical property testing is conducted either on each coil or based on our sampling plan, depending on the total number of coils in production. This process guarantees that each product meets the required mechanical performance standards for its intended application.
To ensure smooth logistics, all coils are labeled and packed in appropriate pallets or crates, tailored to the preferred transportation method.
