Soft Magnetic Alloy
Soft magnetic alloys are a class of materials with high permeability and low coercivity. These alloys can manipulate magnetic fields very effectively, making them indispensable in various electromagnetic applications. Their low coercivity makes them easy to magnetize and demagnetize, especially suitable for environments with frequent or rapid changes in magnetic fields.
These alloys, including common iron-nickel alloys, iron-cobalt alloys, iron-chromium alloys, and iron-aluminum alloys, are widely used in various components such as transformers, inductors, brushless DC motors (BLDC), current sensors, and electromagnetic shielding layers. They are also key materials in high-frequency communication systems, audio transformers, and magnetic heads for video equipment. Soft magnetic alloys are widely used in industries such as electronics, telecommunications, automotive, and aerospace, where they improve the production efficiency of applications requiring high-frequency operation and low energy loss.
Availability: We offer a range of soft magnetic alloys, including grades such as 1J22 (Hiperco 50, Vacoflux 50, Permendur49,VACODUR S PLUS), Permalloy 50, Permalloy 79, and Permalloy 80, in various forms, such as wires, strips, plates, and rods. 1. 1J22 Series Products include 1J22, 1J22-MS, and 1J22-HS
1) 1J22 characteristics: Highest saturation magnetic induction intensity, high Curie point, and large saturation magnetostriction coefficient. Due to its high saturation magnetic induction intensity, its size can be greatly reduced when manufacturing motors of the same power; when used as an electromagnet, it can generate a large attraction force within the same cross-sectional area.
Applications: Widely used in aircraft generators, precision DC motors, electromagnet pole heads, end-welded tubes in magnetrons, telephone headset diaphragms, torque motors, precision servo motors, magnetostrictive transducer cores, etc.

Grade Heating temperature/℃ Insulation time /h Cooling 1J22 850~900 3~6 Cool at a rate of 50°C/h to 100°C/h to 750°C, then cool to below 300°C at a rate of 180°C/h to 240°C/h before exiting the furnace. 1100±20 3~6 Cool at a rate of 50°C/h to 100°C/h to 850°C and hold for 3 hours, then cool to 700°C at a rate of 30°C/h, followed by cooling to below 300°C at a rate of 200°C/h before exiting the furnace. 850±10 4 Cool at a rate of 50°C/h to 750°C and hold for 3 hours, then cool to below 300°C at a rate of 200°C/h. Begin applying a direct magnetic field of 1200 A/m to 1600 A/m during the hold at 750°C. 1J22-MS characteristics : Its magnetic properties are similar to those of 1J22, but its mechanical properties are higher, making it suitable for medium and high speed motors.
