Product application
Iron-chromium-aluminum(FeCrAl) alloy is an important electric heating alloy, containing high chromium and aluminum elements, which makes it have high resistivity and high temperature resistance. It has excellent oxidation resistance at high temperature, and the operating temperature can reach 1400℃. FeCrAl Alloy is relatively low in price and is widely used in heating elements of large industrial furnaces such as heat treatment furnaces, kilns, sintering furnaces, and can also be used in household appliances, automobile exhaust purifiers and other fields.
The main FeCrAl alloy grades produced by Chengyuan Alloy include 1Cr13Al4, 0Cr23Al5, 0Cr27Al7Mo2 etc. The main production forms include wire, flat wire, strip, plate, rod, wire mesh, etc.
