According to the introduction, the national standard has unified the technical requirements of domestic amorphous soft magnetic alloy wire products, promoted the improvement of product quality, and is conducive to promoting the development of the product in the domestic and foreign markets. At the same time, the release of the standard can accelerate the development of weak magnetic detection sensors, solve the technical problems of core soft magnetic materials for inductive devices, and realize domestic substitution.
Specifically, the national standard specifies that the amorphous soft magnetic alloy wire is an amorphous wire with soft magnetic properties prepared by rapid solidification of high temperature liquid alloy, and specifies its brand (AXKXXXX-S) and naming rules. Where, "A" indicates that the material is amorphous; "XKXXX" indicates the classification of fast-quenched metals; The last "X" indicates the diameter of the material, which is graded according to the nominal diameter d; "S" indicates that the form of the fast-quenched metal is silk. For example, A1K206b-S represents a fast-quenched soft magnetic cobalt-based amorphous filament with nominal diameter class b.
In terms of technical requirements, the national standard specifies the basic physical properties of amorphous soft magnetic alloy wires, magnetic properties, geometric properties, technical characteristics and other main technical content, such as the provisions of the DC magnetic properties and AC magnetic properties of amorphous wires, and stipulates that the special demand for magnetic properties is determined by the supply and demand parties, as well as the typical value of some basic physical parameters of amorphous wires and chemical composition.
In terms of inspection rules, the national standard specifies the corresponding sampling and inspection methods for technical requirements, such as surface quality observation with more than 50 times the optical microscope. In addition, the national standard also detailed provisions on the packaging, storage, marking and transportation of amorphous soft magnetic alloy wires.
